Who reviews and extends the report.

I am Koray Önal, a freelance senior UX designer. What ends up in the report was judged by someone who has been solving the same problems in real product teams for years. UX research, user testing and concept work are part of that daily routine, as is shipping the fix.

How your UX test works.

  1. State your goal

You give me your website URL and one concrete goal, for example “find a product and add it to the cart” or “get in touch”.

  2. The agent walks the flow

An AI agent follows the whole path to the goal, on desktop and mobile. It operates filters, selects and the cart like a real user and evaluates every step against established UX frameworks.

  3. I review and sign off

I go through every report, verify the findings and add my senior assessment. Nothing leaves before I have signed it off.

  4. PDF by email

You receive a finished report as a PDF, within one to two business days, with prioritised actions ready to implement.

Frequently asked questions about the UX audit.

Is this just AI?

No. The AI takes on the hours of legwork, but every report is personally reviewed and signed off by me before it reaches you. I verify the findings and add what an automated tool cannot see. That is the difference to anonymous scanner tools.

How long does it take?

One to two business days. The extra time compared to pure tools is intentional, because my personal review sits in between.

Which websites can you audit?

Your own websites and shops, for companies, freelancers and brands. Large portals and marketplaces with aggressive bot protection, such as travel portals or Amazon, cannot be audited reliably in an automated way. I check your site up front and let you know if it is not suitable.

What if the flow cannot be completed?

Then I audit the reachable steps in full. If the cause lies in your website, such as a broken step or a dead end, I document it as a finding of its own. If it is technical bot protection, it does not enter the report as a flaw, because real users never experience it. If that makes your site unsuitable for an automated audit, I get in touch before any payment with an individual proposal.

And if I want the points implemented?

That is exactly my core work. On request I implement the findings myself. The report points you to that path at the end, without obligation and without automation.

Request an audit.

Tell me the website and the goal. Next you pay securely via Stripe, then your audit starts.

How it works: after you submit, you go straight to payment via Stripe. The audit then runs, and you receive the report by email only after I have reviewed it, added my notes and signed it off.
